We hope you love your ELCE Swim item! If you need to make a return or exchange, please review the information below to ensure a smooth process.

Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of your order’s delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns must be sent back in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Any items received with stains, makeup, tanning residue, or without tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Final Sale Items

All sale items are marked as final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please submit a request through our online portal. You will receive a return authorization and instructions for mailing your package once your request is approved.

Please do not send your return without a return authorization, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or damaged item). We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow time for the refund to be processed and appear on your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure all orders are perfect before they leave our facility. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.

International Returns

We are unable to accept international returns at this time.
