We know you’re excited to get your new suit! Please read the following information to understand how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your shipment leaves our warehouse. This time is for us to carefully prepare your items for their journey to you. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We ship via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail within the United States. The shipping method chosen during checkout will determine your transit time.

  • USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)

Please note: These transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once a tracking number has been issued. They do not include the 1-3 business day order processing period. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s progress on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

Handling & Package Protection
Every order is handled with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. For your peace of mind, we recommend selecting package protection at checkout to safeguard your purchase against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Order Changes & Address Verification
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are unable to modify the shipping address or cancel an order after it has been placed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout.
